2016/17 School Supply Order Forms
School supply order forms are now available (PDF) or you can order online. We encourage you to use the online ordering system as it is much more streamlined and easy to use this year. Our PAC code is 2G8C37. You may order the package as a whole or opt for purchasing items individually. If ordering online, be sure to keep your CAPS LOCK ON as the website is case sensitive. Please note that orders need to be placed by July 15th in order to be completed in time for delivery. Supplies will be available during the first week of classes in September.
